Polcum Springs provides a beautiful and tranquil setting for personal and group retreats. Accommodations include the Peaceful Yurt, Geodome, and wildland camping. All guests enjoy the spring-fed pond, hiking trails, and use of the hot spring-water shower in the shared outdoor bath house. Our drought-conscious outdoor compost toilets provide residents and guests alike with an enjoyable and contemplative experience.
Personal retreats start at $50/night. Longer-term rentals may also be available. |
Peaceful Yurt. Our 24' Peaceful Yurt (500 round feet) offers deep nature connection and elegant simplicity. Hardwood bamboo floors, a wood stove, and a queen and/or double futon offer a serene glamping experience. There is no running water or electricity in the yurt, however, spring water and LED lanterns are provided with your stay. The Peaceful Yurt is a convenient support structure for group retreats. Geodome. Our 20’ Geodome (300+ round feet) is inspired by the life work of Buckminster Fuller. It feels spacious with its 12' ceiling and large bay window with sweeping vistas of the coast mountain range. A clawfoot bathtub, wood stove, double futon, running water, and solar electricity make for a comfortable glamping experience. The adjacent kitchenette includes a sink, fridge, and double burner range top. The private outdoor shower offers incredible views. The dome is available for longer-term rentals. Wildland Camping & Gatherings. Surrounding Polcum Springs’ permaculture core is a 200 acre wildland sanctuary perfect for supporting group retreats, gatherings, nature connection, and rites of passage. Camping is available for individuals and groups in a number of locations. The Yurt and Geodome may be paired with camping to better support your needs. |
